Therefore, an ergonomic office set up, would be one that promotes productivity and performance while ensuring safety, comfort and ease of use.

Why should we use an Ergonomic Office Chair

I work from home, and before finding the ergonomic office chair, I had a normal office chair. A while after using the chair every day for few months I notice that I was suffering from odd back, neck and shoulder pains regularly.

With the increase of computer-based activity both at home and at work, the need for ergonomic workstation and office set up is very important to avoid any health issues.
